FAQ
Do you make custom watches?
Yes! Custom orders are one of our specialties. Whether it’s a company logo on the dial, a unique colorway, or a one-of-one design, we can build something just for you. Every custom order comes with QC (quality control) photos before shipping, so you get exactly what you expect.
What movements do you use?
We use proven, reliable movements such as the Seiko NH35, NH34 GMT, VK64 meca-quartz chronograph, and PT5000/ETA 2824-2 clones. These movements are trusted by watch enthusiasts worldwide for accuracy and durability.
Can I choose the size of my watch?
Most of our designs are available in 36mm and 40mm, which means you can choose the size that fits your wrist (or your style) best.
Are your watches ready to ship, or is there a wait time?
We carry both ready-to-ship pieces and custom builds. If it’s a ready piece, it usually ships within a couple of days. Custom builds typically take about 3 weeks, depending on parts availability and customs.
Do you offer limited runs?
Yes. Many of our pieces are made in small batches or one-time runs. When a model sells out, it may not return — or it might make a surprise comeback like our Root Beer GMTs.
How much do your watches cost?
Most of our watches are in the $225–$275 range plus shipping. Custom builds vary depending on the parts and design.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping fees may vary, and we’ll confirm costs with you before payment.
How do I pay?
We accept Venmo, Zelle PayPal and credit cards. Payment is typically due after you approve your QC photos.
What is your warranty or return policy?
Every watch is carefully built and inspected before it leaves us. If there’s an issue with workmanship or movement failure, reach out and we’ll make it right. Since many of our builds are custom or one-of-one, we don’t accept general returns for “change of mind.”
